Music has truly become an essential part of my life, as I strongly believe in its power to enhance both mental and physical well-being. Right from the very first lesson, I emphasize the importance of proper breathing techniques. It's remarkable to witness how playing the flute has helped improve the health of some of my students who previously struggled with asthma. I often remind my students that music is not only for their enjoyment but also for their mental well-being. Creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere in my classes is something I truly cherish. I find that having fun together with my students enhances the learning experience and fosters a positive connection with music. In addition to teaching younger students, I also work with older students who already possess playing experience. With them, we delve deeper into the nuances of form, composition, and style. While I'm not a strict teacher, I do expect my students to demonstrate wholehearted dedication to this wonderful pursuit. Overall, my approach to teaching music combines the elements of joy, discipline, and a profound belief in the transformative power of music.
I have been dedicated to my studies and continue to pursue knowledge. My educational journey includes the following accomplishments: - Junior specialist diploma from "The Serhii Prokofiev Severodonetsk College of Culture and Art" - Bachelor's degree in "Practical Psychology" from Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University Furthermore, I am excited to announce that I will be completing my bachelor's degree at I.P. Kotlyarevsky Kharkiv National University of Arts later this month. Music has been a significant part of my life. I started playing the flute at the age of 5 and continued until I was 23. In Ukraine, I had the privilege of working as a music teacher in various settings, including music schools and colleges. Additionally, I gained valuable experience during my 7-year tenure at the Luhansk Regional Philharmonic.
Alongside my teaching experience, I had the wonderful opportunity to work at the Philharmonic, which allowed me to truly immerse myself in the world of music. This experience has greatly enriched my understanding and appreciation of various compositions. When teaching my students, I love sharing interesting facts and captivating stories about musical works and composers. By sharing these anecdotes, I aim to ignite their curiosity and foster a deeper connection with the music they are studying.
