Teaching Philosophy

Music is very essential to our lives. I believe that everyone should enjoy music and should be capable of either playing, reading, or singing music to their heart's content. They can enjoy music whether professionally or for personal reasons. Personally, music helped me and continues to help me during the darker and lower times of my life. Music has helped me with stress, depression, and anxiety. I believe that everybody should have an access to this as well. I also believe, being a former Childhood Educator, music plays an integral part in children's growth. Values and discipline comes with music. Knowledge sticks better with music.

Musical Education

I attended Canada Christian College and I earned my degree in Bachelor of Sacred Music majoring in Performing Arts in June 2023. My teachers and mentors were Toronto gospel artists like Stephen Lewis, Jermaine Shakespeare, and Andrew James. I trained as a chorister in the Philippines since I am 11 years old. I trained as a worship artist and a performer under The River Worship. I have sang and performed alongside big Christian artists like Brooke Nicholls, Isaiah Templeton and Mack Brock of Elevation Worship, Maryanne George and Ryan Ofei from Maverick City Music, Mark Masri of The Tenors and Clark Beckham of American Idol Season 14.

Special Skills and Trainings

I have been singing in a church as early as I am 10 years old. Alongside professional vocal coaching and training, if you seek to learn Worship Leading skills, I am available to help and teach you as well.

Our Promise to You

Getting Started Together
We don't offer free trials, but we do something better - a relaxed 2-lesson getting-to-know-you period. You can pause anytime with just 24 hours notice. After your third lesson, we ask for a friendly 2-lesson heads up if you need to stop.

Life Happens - We Get It
Give us 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule and you'll receive full credit. Planning a family vacation or summer break? Perfect - just let us know a day ahead and we'll pause your lessons.

When You're Under the Weather
If illness strikes with short notice (less than 24 hours), you'll still be charged since your teacher has reserved that time. However, most teachers are happy to offer makeup lessons when possible - they have the final say, especially if last-minute cancellations become a pattern.

Stopping Lessons
Need to take a break? We just ask for a 2-lesson notice:

Weekly lessons = 2 weeks notice
Every other week = 3 weeks notice
Twice weekly = 1 week notice

Summer breaks are different - no notice period needed when you return in the fall!
