Music is something that moves the air, it creates a change in the atmosphere. It helps every person in a very personal way. Whether one learns music because of fascination or the desire to play professionally or just because one would like to learn something new, music has something to offer each person from all walks of life irrespective of age or experience. I would always encourage my students to think about their aspirations and what makes them want to pick up an instrument and I would help them to achieve their goals. Children learn differently from adults. Each person learns differently from the next. I customize lessons based on each person. There is no 'one shoe fits all'. Music is an ocean and we are all students at one level or another. I am here to guide you in this journey you are about to take.
I have completed Grade 8 Theory of Music from Trinity College London. I have a diploma in Music Technology from Muzik Lounge. The course is a mix of both Music production and Audio Engineering with the goal of producing a well rounded artists and music producers. I have been performing with various bands across genres and have been involved in the Indian Music Industry for many years playing the electric, acoustic and bass guitars for various compositions, songs and background scores. I consider this the greatest education I have received.
Being a guitarist, I have had the opportunity to play along with amazing musicians. This has pushed me to improve my skills as a musician. Further, having worked in an International Music Conservatory, I have been able to connect and understand different perspectives of music education from experienced teachers from various disciplines.
