My mission is to provide my students with the essential tools, unwavering encouragement, and valuable guidance to explore and nurture their passion for music. I am here to support and assist every step of the way, helping my students unlock their musical potential and achieve their goals. Whether it's learning a favorite song, mastering a challenging technique, or diving into a new musical realm, I am dedicated to empowering my students on their musical path.
During my time at Concordia University, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Music with a specialization in Jazz. The program exposed me to a wide range of subjects, including Harmony, Arranging, Improvisation, and Music History. As part of my studies, I had the privilege of delving into the world of Electric Guitar under the guidance of a talented working Jazz guitarist. Throughout our lessons, we engaged in various activities such as transcribing, reading and studying musical charts, and delving into the intricacies of different genres. From Jazz and Funk to Blues, Rock, and Folk, we explored a diverse repertoire of tunes. This hands-on approach to learning allowed me to develop a well-rounded understanding of the different styles and techniques associated with the Electric Guitar. The experience at Concordia University not only enriched my musical knowledge but also honed my skills as a versatile guitarist.
At the age of 10, I began my musical journey as a drummer, but it wasn't long before my fascination shifted towards electric and acoustic guitar. Listening to rock music fueled my passion, and I knew that I wanted to play like my musical heroes. Since then, my musical interests have always been driven by the songs and genres I love and yearn to learn. Starting from the age of 15, I immersed myself in recording and songwriting, honing my skills as a musician and self-producer. This hands-on experience has provided me with valuable insights into the creative process and the art of bringing my musical ideas to life. Throughout my musical journey, I've also had the opportunity to perform with various live acts both in Montreal and Vancouver. These experiences have enriched my understanding of stage performance, collaboration with fellow musicians, and connecting with the audience.

Home visit fee: $15 minimum fee. Teachers may negotiate a higher travel fee if the travel distance is longer than they are comfortable with. Most arrangements use the minimum fee.
One-Time Family Registration: $25. This covers your entire family for life - once you're in, everyone can take lessons!
Getting Started Together
We don't offer free trials, but we do something better - a relaxed 2-lesson getting-to-know-you period. You can pause anytime with just 24 hours notice. After your third lesson, we ask for a friendly 2-lesson heads up if you need to stop.
Life Happens - We Get It
Give us 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule and you'll receive full credit. Planning a family vacation or summer break? Perfect - just let us know a day ahead and we'll pause your lessons.
When You're Under the Weather
If illness strikes with short notice (less than 24 hours), you'll still be charged since your teacher has reserved that time. However, most teachers are happy to offer makeup lessons when possible - they have the final say, especially if last-minute cancellations become a pattern.
Stopping Lessons
Need to take a break? We just ask for a 2-lesson notice:
Weekly lessons = 2 weeks notice
Every other week = 3 weeks notice
Twice weekly = 1 week notice
Summer breaks are different - no notice period needed when you return in the fall!
