I am deeply passionate about teaching and sharing my love for the voice and music. My goal is to create an environment where learning is not only educational and informative but also fun and engaging. I believe that by infusing joy and excitement into lessons, students are more motivated to explore their musical abilities. Central to my teaching philosophy is a focus on vocal health using classical techniques as the foundation, which ensures the development of a strong and sustainable vocal foundation. Additionally, I strive to broaden students' horizons by introducing them to various styles and genres of music, allowing them to discover and appreciate the diversity of musical expression. By combining classical techniques with exploration of different musical styles, I aim to empower my students to become versatile and well-rounded musicians who can confidently express themselves through their voices.
I earned my Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Music with a specialization in Jazz/Contemporary Voice where I later continued my educational journey at Berklee College of Music, where I further honed my skills in songwriting and vocal performance. Initially awarded the Berklee College of Music Entrance Scholarship, I later transitioned into the songwriting department and was recognized for my academic achievements with the Berklee Achievement Award. From Boston, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue studies at the Los Angeles College of Music, where I earned an Associate's of Arts Degree in Composition and Music Business. During my time at LACM, I was awarded a Merit Based Scholarship as well as the esteemed National Music Publishers Association S.O.N.G.S Scholarship.
I have over 10 years of experience teaching voice lessons, beginner piano, musical theatre as well as encouraging freedom and expression through composition.

Home visit fee: $15 minimum fee. Teachers may negotiate a higher travel fee if the travel distance is longer than they are comfortable with. Most arrangements use the minimum fee.
One-Time Family Registration: $25. This covers your entire family for life - once you're in, everyone can take lessons!
Getting Started Together
We don't offer free trials, but we do something better - a relaxed 2-lesson getting-to-know-you period. You can pause anytime with just 24 hours notice. After your third lesson, we ask for a friendly 2-lesson heads up if you need to stop.
Life Happens - We Get It
Give us 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule and you'll receive full credit. Planning a family vacation or summer break? Perfect - just let us know a day ahead and we'll pause your lessons.
When You're Under the Weather
If illness strikes with short notice (less than 24 hours), you'll still be charged since your teacher has reserved that time. However, most teachers are happy to offer makeup lessons when possible - they have the final say, especially if last-minute cancellations become a pattern.
Stopping Lessons
Need to take a break? We just ask for a 2-lesson notice:
Weekly lessons = 2 weeks notice
Every other week = 3 weeks notice
Twice weekly = 1 week notice
Summer breaks are different - no notice period needed when you return in the fall!
