Aregnaz, a graduate of Yerevan's Romanos Melikyan State Musical College, offers voice lessons online and at her studio. With over 100 original compositions performed by Armenian opera singers, her musical education and experience are vast. She believes in setting high expectations for her students to help them discover their true potential. With a deep understanding of teaching philosophy, Aregnaz creates a safe and enthusiastic environment for her students to explore their inner expression and grow as artists. Teaching Philosophy
Any student of voice has the ability to succeed – either on a personal level, a professional level or both. It is my job as their teacher to set the expectations very high; higher than the student may think they can achieve at first. Whether or not the student actually achieves the expectation at face value is not the point. The journey to reach those heights is how the student truly discovers their voice, their art and themselves. I provide the student with every bit of information that I can to guide them through their journey. But ultimately, the job of all teachers is to take the student to the point where they don’t need us anymore. Music, in general and singing in particular, is very personal. Students who learn to sing tend to become very vulnerable during the process. After learning the basic technique, they must look inside themselves to find their expression and create their art. I believe in creating a safe and enthusiastic environment for my students to explore that part of themselves. Enabling a student to access that inner expression allows them to grow not only as a singer but also as an artist.
Musical Education
I am a graduate of Yerevan's Romanos Melikyan State Musical College, where I excelled in composing. I am the author of more than 100 songs in classical, folk, jazz, rock music genres. My songs have been performed by opera singers of Armenia in different concerts .Renowned Armenian composer and pianist Robert Amirkhyanyan described my songs as “magical creations”.
Special Skills and Trainings
Sharing a deep-rooted love of Art, my family spent much of our time playing, singing, and painting together. I began singing at age six when I began my education. I have worked in music school and summer ca mps as a vocal teacher. These experiences have enriched me as a treacher. I truly understand the philosophy of teaching children.

Associate Teacher Lesson Rates:
Aregnaz is a Beethoven at Home Associate Teacher
- 30 minutes: $39
- 45 minutes: $49
- 60 minutes: $59
Home visit fee: $15 minimum fee. Teachers may negotiate a higher travel fee if the travel distance is longer than they are comfortable with. Most arrangements use the minimum fee.
One-Time Family Registration: $25. This covers your entire family for life - once you're in, everyone can take lessons!

Getting Started Together
We don't offer free trials, but we do something better - a relaxed 2-lesson getting-to-know-you period. You can pause anytime with just 24 hours notice. After your third lesson, we ask for a friendly 2-lesson heads up if you need to stop.
Life Happens - We Get It
Give us 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule and you'll receive full credit. Planning a family vacation or summer break? Perfect - just let us know a day ahead and we'll pause your lessons.
When You're Under the Weather
If illness strikes with short notice (less than 24 hours), you'll still be charged since your teacher has reserved that time. However, most teachers are happy to offer makeup lessons when possible - they have the final say, especially if last-minute cancellations become a pattern.
Stopping Lessons
Need to take a break? We just ask for a 2-lesson notice:
Weekly lessons = 2 weeks notice
Every other week = 3 weeks notice
Twice weekly = 1 week notice
Summer breaks are different - no notice period needed when you return in the fall!
