Having started my own musical journey at the young age of 3, begging my mother to let me take up piano, I understand all too well the discipline and hardships that comes hand in hand with the joy of music. However, music has always been something I can count on, no matter how happy or sad I am, it will always be there to lift me up. Whether it is me playing the music, or listening to someone else perform, music has always left me in better spirits. I think the absolute essence of music is that it is whatever an individual needs it to be, and I think it is vital for people of all ages to experience all that music has to offer. This is why music is so important to me, along with that, teaching and passing it on to someone else. There is something so special about someone trusting you with their musical journey, and I hope to help my students find something that resonates with them within music.
My musical background comprises of a Bachelor’s Degree in Horn Performance from the University of Toronto, as well as an Advanced Diploma from the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music. Apart from the aforementioned degrees, I have also attended the Aspen Music Festival in 2024 and 2025 as a New Horizons Fellow, and in 2023, I attended the National Youth Orchestra of Canada as an Award of Excellence recipient. Furthermore, having won my first professional audition at the age of 21, I have been fortunate to share the stage with various world-renowned ensembles such as the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, the National Ballet of Canada, and many more.

Home visit fee: $15 minimum fee. Teachers may negotiate a higher travel fee if the travel distance is longer than they are comfortable with. Most arrangements use the minimum fee.
One-Time Family Registration: $25. This covers your entire family for life - once you're in, everyone can take lessons!
Getting Started Together
We don't offer free trials, but we do something better - a relaxed 2-lesson getting-to-know-you period. You can pause anytime with just 24 hours notice. After your third lesson, we ask for a friendly 2-lesson heads up if you need to stop.
Life Happens - We Get It
Give us 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule and you'll receive full credit. Planning a family vacation or summer break? Perfect - just let us know a day ahead and we'll pause your lessons.
When You're Under the Weather
If illness strikes with short notice (less than 24 hours), you'll still be charged since your teacher has reserved that time. However, most teachers are happy to offer makeup lessons when possible - they have the final say, especially if last-minute cancellations become a pattern.
Stopping Lessons
Need to take a break? We just ask for a 2-lesson notice:
Weekly lessons = 2 weeks notice
Every other week = 3 weeks notice
Twice weekly = 1 week notice
Summer breaks are different - no notice period needed when you return in the fall!
