I simply love teaching! I think students should consider music as something fun, motivating and close to their learning desires. I am here to help them achieving that! I am extremely patient and I care very much about the well-being of my students. I can lead anyone very far in the musical environment, but I will firstly make sure that they will have a great experience! *** J'adore enseigner ! Je pense que les élèves devraient considérer la musique comme quelque chose d'amusant, de motivant et proche de leurs désirs d'apprentissage. Je suis là pour les aider à y parvenir ! Je suis extrêmement patient et je me soucie beaucoup du bien-être des élèves. Je peux accompagner n'importe qui très loin dans l'univers de la musique, mais je priorise toujours une expérience agréable pour l'élève !

I have attended three different musical establishments: - University of Sherbrooke Bachelor of Music in Composition Certificate of Music in Performance (Piano) Microprogramm in Music - Cegep of Saint-Laurent DEC in Music (Piano performance) - Ozias-Leduc School Witch a scholarship of excellence in music. (Flute performance) I have studied with notorious teacher like Carmen Picard (piano), Luc Beauséjour (harpsichord), Diane Caplette (flute) Benoît Groulx (symphonic orchestration), Jonathan Dagenais (wind orchestra composition) and Robert Ingari (choral). *** J'ai fréquenté trois établissements différents d'éducation en musique : - Université de Sherbrooke Baccalauréat en musique en composition Certificat de musique en interprétation (piano) Microprogramme en musique - Cégep de Saint-Laurent DEC en musique (interprétation - piano) - École Ozias-Leduc Avec une bourse d'excellence en musique. (Interprétation à la flûte) J'ai étudié avec des professeurs réputés comme Carmen Picard (piano), Luc Beauséjour (clavecin), Diane Caplette (flûte) Benoît Groulx (orchestration symphonique), Jonathan Dagenais (composition pour orchestre à vent) et Robert Ingari (chorale).
Special Skills and Trainings
I have played a lot as a soloist pianist but as a flautist as well! I love orchestras, choirs, duets, trios, accompaniment... Every occasion to play or sing is great to me! I also have composed for video games and film. *** J'ai beaucoup joué en tant que pianiste soliste mais aussi en tant que flûtiste ! J'adore les orchestres, les chœurs, les duos, les trios, l'accompagnement... Toutes les occasions de jouer ou de chanter sont bonnes ! J'ai également composé pour des jeux vidéo et des films.

Associate Teacher Lesson Rates:
Émile is a Beethoven at Home Associate Teacher
- 30 minutes: $39
- 45 minutes: $49
- 60 minutes: $59
Home visit fee: $15 minimum fee. Teachers may negotiate a higher travel fee if the travel distance is longer than they are comfortable with. Most arrangements use the minimum fee.
One-Time Family Registration: $25. This covers your entire family for life - once you're in, everyone can take lessons!
Our Promise to You
Getting Started Together
We don't offer free trials, but we do something better - a relaxed 2-lesson getting-to-know-you period. You can pause anytime with just 24 hours notice. After your third lesson, we ask for a friendly 2-lesson heads up if you need to stop.
Life Happens - We Get It
Give us 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule and you'll receive full credit. Planning a family vacation or summer break? Perfect - just let us know a day ahead and we'll pause your lessons.
When You're Under the Weather
If illness strikes with short notice (less than 24 hours), you'll still be charged since your teacher has reserved that time. However, most teachers are happy to offer makeup lessons when possible - they have the final say, especially if last-minute cancellations become a pattern.
Stopping Lessons
Need to take a break? We just ask for a 2-lesson notice:
Weekly lessons = 2 weeks notice
Every other week = 3 weeks notice
Twice weekly = 1 week notice
Summer breaks are different - no notice period needed when you return in the fall!
